Recipe Corner: Snickers Brownie Bites

I cannot claim that I came up with this recipe. I have to give the credit to one of the nurses I work with who delighted the staff by making this a couple of times. Thanks, Tammy J.! Yummy for my tummy.

1 box of brownie mix (any brand) and the ingredients required to make the brownies
1 jar marshmallow cream/fluff
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 regular size of caramels (use the ones that come in a little balls)
1 small carton of heavy whipping cream
½ pound of milk chocolate almond bark
1 cup dry roasted salted peanuts

Spray w/ Pam (brand name not necessary) a 9” x 13” pan. Preheat oven to 350’ F. Make the brownies according to the box directions and then allow them to cool. Mix the marshmallow cream and peanut butter together well. Spread over the cooled brownies. Melt the caramels and a splash of the whipping cream in the microwave. Stir until smooth. Spread over the marshmallow/peanut butter layer. Spread the peanuts evenly over the caramel and press firmly. Let cool and harden. Melt the milk chocolate with a splash of whipping cream in the microwave until smooth. Pour over brownies and refrigerate for 30 minutes.  Cut into squares and enjoy! These will go fast. Got milk?
